Every shipment includes original manufacturer packaging, batch traceability codes, certificate of origin, and an authorized distributor declaration. Manufacturer anti-counterfeit codes are verifiable via SKF/FAG official portals.
How do I request a quotation?
Send your part number list (e.g. 7014ACD/P4ADGA), required quantity, and target delivery date by email or WhatsApp. A senior engineer will respond within 12 hours with pricing, stock status, and supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No fixed MOQ for stocked items -- single-piece sample orders are accepted for engineering trials. For custom configurations or factory direct orders, MOQ varies by series; please consult our sales engineer.
Do you support engineering scheme design?
Yes. Our senior application engineers provide bearing selection, arrangement design, preload calculation (DIN ISO 281), lubrication recommendation, and full certification documentation under NDA when required.
Can I order matched bearing sets?
Yes -- DB / DF / DT and triplex / quadruplex spindle sets are available in P4 / P2 grade with controlled preload. Each matched set is shipped with original manufacturer matching markings and inspection report.
How long is a quotation valid?
Standard quotations are valid for 15 calendar days, subject to stock availability. Long-term framework agreements with locked pricing are available for OEM clients.
Which shipping methods do you support?
DHL, FedEx, UPS Express for samples and small orders (3-7 days global delivery). Air freight for urgent batch orders. Sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk shipments. EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP incoterms supported.

Can I track my shipment?
